Paphos Airport is one of the two airports in Cyprus, located approximately 6km of the city of Paphos. This small-sized airport with 28 check-in desks and 7 gates handles over 3 million passengers a year. The airport is also used as a military airbase by the Cyprus National Guard and Air Force.
There are restaurants, cafes, bars and some shopping options available here. Please note, all restaurants close overnight.
This Paphos airport becomes very busy during the summer months so we recommend to arrive well ahead of your flight.
The only direct flights from the UK’s major international airports are with low-cost carriers such as EasyJet, RyanAir, Jet2 or TUI Airways (around 4 h 40 min flight time) from about £150 from Manchester and well cheaper from London (from £50) for return tickets.
The airport is open 24/7.
Paphos Airport Transit
Paphos airport is a point-to-point airport and there is no transit zone within the airport. In case of transiting onto a connection flight, it is necessary to leave the international zone, pick up bags and check-in again. Allow enough time to your transfer, especially during busy summer months.
