Larnaca Airport is the larger of the two commercial international airports in Cyprus, located 4km south of the city of Larnaca. As Cyprus grows into a major tourist destination so is the airport, which has seen a steady rise of passengers for the past few years. Currently it handles more then 8 million passengers a year.
Larnaca airport has one medium-sized terminal with 48 departure gates and 67 check-in counters. There are standard shopping and dining possibilities at the airport (snacks, cafes, fast-foods).
The airport is modern, well sign-posted and open 24/7.

You might need to go through immigration and security checks during connecting on your onwards flight. The single terminal is well sign-posted, however, there might be some queues at immigration checks during the peak hours.

There are few bus lines operating on the route Airport – Larnaca, as well as to other cities such as Lemesos or to Paphos airport.
To get to the city of Larnaca, take one of the bus lines (407, 417, 418, 419, 429). The journey takes from 15-30 minutes, depending on your final station. We recommend using their online Bus journey planner (in English) which will tell you which bus line to take, exact departure and arrival times, as well as map and journey duration.
