Tenerife-Sur (South) Airport is one of the two airports of Tenerife Island. The airport is mainly used for international low-cost flights from Europe by RyanAir , Easyjet , Jet2 and more.
The modern terminal is small, however, thanks to good flight schedules it is not too busy even during the high summer season.

The airport is open 24/7.
Tenerife-Sur (South) Airport Transit
Tenerife-Sur (South) Airport is used mainly as a holidaymakers’ final destination, therefore there are no connecting flights at this airport.

There is a Bus Line 111 from the Airport to Santa Cruz and other beach destinations at the south of the island.
Buses run between 5:30 – 22:30, departing every 30 minutes.

Bus line 343 goes also to the city in the north of the island Puerto de la Cruz and to the airport Tenerife-Norte (North).
There are also local commuter buses 415 and 450, departing every hour from 6:30 – 21:00.
