Airport – City, beach
There are multiple vans waiting outside the airport with set journey, available for very low prices which might reflect in transportation quality and lower level of comfortability.
There are also many minibuses going from the airport to many surrounding cities. They are not very comfortable and got no set timetables. Minibuses usually depart when full. Ask drivers around about your destination and they will often point you to the correct minibus.
The fares for minibuses are again very cheap.
Taxi
Taxis are very often used by foreign tourists as local means of transport are usually quite chaotic and unreliable.
The best way is to look for a taxi counter where you ‘pre-pay’ fixed price for your journey and avoid handling cash with the driver. Although it might not always be an option and you might be paying the driver upon arrival.
