Airport – Boston Downtown (subway/metro)
Metro is the widely used transport from Boston’s Logan Airport. The airport station is part of the Blue metro line on the route from Wonderland – Bowdoin.
To get to the Airport metro station, get a bus no 22, 33, 55 or 66. The buses departure from the airport every couple of minutes, taking just about 4-7 minutes to get to the metro station, depending from which terminal the bus departures. (
- Bus 22 – from/to terminal A, B
- Bus 33 – from/to terminal C, E
- Buses 55 – from/to all terminals
- Bus 66 – from/to all terminals and harbour
The blue metro line then operates 7 days a week, departing every 5 minutes on weekdays 7:00 – 9:00 and 16:00 – 18:30 or departing every 9-13 minutes during off-peak hours and weekends.
The journey by metro to Bowdoin station takes 8 minutes.

Airport – Boston South Station (bus)
There is a direct bus line (Silver Line – SL1) between the Boston Logan Airport and South Station. The buses sometimes stop underground and use fare gates, just like subway/metro stations.
- Buses operate daily between 5:38 – 1:03,
- Departure every 7-12 minutes during peak hours and every 10-12 minutes during off-peak hours and weekends.
Buses run by the Peak Service schedule during Weekdays between 7:00 – 21:00 and 16:00 – 18:30.
