Check-in closing times vary by the point/airport of departure (usually between 1hr – 40 min  before the scheduled flight)

Online & Mobile check-in

You can check online from 23 hours before departure, choose your seat and print out your online boarding pass or have it sent to your mobile phone.

Seat Selection

Certain seats are free for certain classes. The higher the class the bigger selection of seats for free is available (standard, preferred seating zone..)

Economy Light does not include a free in advance seat reservation (free during checking-in)

Purchasing seats depends on the class and destination (sorted in ‘Zones‘ 1-5 where 1 includes European and 5 intercontinental flights).

Prices range from 12 EUR (eu flights) – 35 EUR(intercontinental flights).

On board service

Inflight meals

Complimentary meals and beverages available on all flights. Only snacks and drinks available in Economy Light.

Inflight entertainment

Films, TV series, Music, Audio books or news available on touch screen

Onboard WiFi

Available on most of the flights. Prices range from 3-15 EUR on short haul flights and upto 29 EUR on long-haul flights. Prices depend on time, speed and FUP.

Power supply

Electrical sockets are available in all travel classes on long-haul flights, except Economy Class on board an Airbus A380. Seats on continental flights do not have electrical sockets.
